How long does delivery take?
We make your order within 3–5 business days, then delivery takes up to 15 days in Europe and up to 25 days in the USA. You get a tracking link by email.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all European countries and the United States.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
It depends on your country. See our Shipping page.
Can I add a name, initial or date?
Yes. Choose a product marked Personalized, type up to 20 characters and pick the thread color and lettering. We email you a mockup before we embroider.
What materials do you use?
Each product page lists the fabric and filling. Many pieces are cotton or cotton muslin; some are soft plush or sherpa.
Can my baby sleep in the baby nest?
No. Baby nests are for supervised lounging and play while your baby is awake. For sleep, place your baby on their back in a crib with nothing else inside. Read our Safe Use guide.
Can I return my order?
Standard items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items only if faulty. See Returns.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Use the recipient’s address at checkout and add your message in the order notes.
