2. Products made to order
Our products are handmade to order. Small differences in color, size and embroidery from the photos are part of handmade work and are not a defect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payment is taken through Stripe when you place your order.
4. Production and delivery
We ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery takes up to 15 days in Europe and up to 25 days in the USA. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays can happen.
5. Customs and import taxes
Import VAT, duties and carrier fees may apply depending on the destination country.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers can withdraw from the purchase of standard items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Personalized items made to your specifications are excluded. See Returns.
7. Legal guarantee
You have the statutory rights for faulty goods in your country. Contact us first and we will repair, replace or refund faulty items.
8. Safe use
Please follow our Safe Use guide. Our baby nests, pillows and blankets are not sleep products for babies under 12 months.
