14-day returns on standard items
You can return standard (non-personalized) items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Personalized items
Items embroidered with a name, date or text are made only for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or we made a mistake. Under EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer’s specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will repair, remake or refund it.
How to return
- Email info@kam-tex.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the item, to your original payment method.
