Description

Some days the best spot in the house is a soft patch of floor right next to you. This nest gives your baby just that: a padded, gently gathered rim, a flat base pad and matching fabric ties at the foot, all in one solid color.

We cut and sew each nest in our own workshop once you order. Choose cream, dusty pink, mocha brown or gray-blue. The plain fabric suits any nursery and looks just as good in the living room during those first weeks at home.

It makes a thoughtful baby shower gift, or a present from grandparents and relatives abroad who want to send something handmade. Use it for cuddles, play and tummy time while your baby is awake and you are right there.

For awake time only: lounging, play, cuddles and tummy time, with an adult right beside your baby.
Never use for sleep. For every sleep, lay your baby on their back in a crib or bassinet with a firm, flat mattress and nothing else in it.
Use on the floor only. Never place it on a raised surface, an adult bed or a sofa, or inside a crib, bassinet or playpen.
Never put pillows, blankets or toys inside the nest while your baby is in it.
Stop using the nest once your baby starts to roll over or push up.
Check seams, ties and cords before each use; keep the ties fastened and out of your baby's reach, and stop using it if anything is loose or torn.
